Do you provide the moving truck?
No. The customer supplies and drives the rental truck, trailer or container. Load & Go provides moving labor.
Can you load and unload at both locations?
Yes, subject to availability and travel distance. Include both addresses when requesting your quote.
Do you pack boxes?
Our standard service is loading and unloading, not household packing. Have boxes sealed and ready before arrival unless a different arrangement is confirmed.
Can you move a washer, dryer or couch downstairs?
Yes in many cases. Send photos and describe the staircase, turns and doorway widths so we can quote the job correctly.
